After spectating, marshalling and competing as a rally co-driver, I&#8217;ve been hugely fortunate to have turned my hobby into a major part of my professional life, as I&#8217;ve worked in various roles within motorsport since I became freelance in 1995, right up to World Championship level.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/mark-james.co.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/02\/IMG_3320.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" wp-image-79 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/mark-james.co.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/02\/IMG_3320-300x192.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"344\" height=\"220\" srcset=\"https:\/\/mark-james.co.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/02\/IMG_3320-300x192.jpg 300w, https:\/\/mark-james.co.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/02\/IMG_3320-1024x657.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/mark-james.co.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/02\/IMG_3320-768x493.jpg 768w, https:\/\/mark-james.co.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/02\/IMG_3320-1536x986.jpg 1536w, https:\/\/mark-james.co.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/02\/IMG_3320.jpg 1758w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 344px) 100vw, 344px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>I&#8217;ve directed live TV programmes in both English and Welsh for BBC Wales and BBC Network and worked as a Presenter, Reporter, Commentator and Press Officer on the FIA World Rally Championship (1995-2002), the FIA World Touring Car Championship (2004-2014), the TCR International Series (2015-2017) and TCR Europe (2018 &#8211; 2023).
